General Information

We are open from March 15 to October 15.

The reception is open from 9 a.m until 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m.

The beautiful Bonporteau bay with sand beach is only 200 m from the campsite.

No, the beach is 200 m from the campsite entrance. To reach the beach you have to cross a road.

The city centre is 800 m from the campsite. It is accessible by either foot, bike along the bicycle path or free shuttle buses (during high season).

The closest supermarket (Carrefour Market) is about 400 m from the campsite. It is accessible by foot, bike or car.

As a natural and calm environment are important to us that, the campsite has lots of trees and the majority of our pitches are shady.

On our campsite we only accept cheques, French holiday vouchers and cash. The closest ATMs are located in the nearby supermarket (Carrefour Market) and in the city centre of Cavalaire.

Travelling time in high season can be much longer due to traffic conditions. That is why we can perfectly understand if you arrive later than planned. Please contact us on time by phone or email if you will arrive after reception closure time at 7 p.m. so that we can make all the necessary arrangements for receiving you after 7 p.m. (i.e. after prior agreement until 9:30 p.m. during high season and until 8:30 p.m. during low season).

Only electric and gas barbecues are allowed on the campsite.

Once you have arrived on our campsite you can rent a gas barbecue for 10€ per day or 50€ per week. However, we do not accept reservations in advance as our customers already on the campsite are given first priority in using services and facilities.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite and you can use it on your pitch. Wi-Fi access is 8€ per day, 19€ for 4 days and 23€ per week.

We do not rent vehicles or bicycles on the campsite. But you can rent cars, scooters and bikes at Blue Bikes in the city centre of Cavalaire.

A Varlib bus stop is located just below the campsite. The number 7801 bus operates between Saint-Tropez and Toulon coach station. Also, during high season, free shuttle buses serve the city centre of Cavalaire and the beaches daily. Last but not least you can use the bicycle paths.

The access barriers are active 24/7. During high season a security guard is present at night, too. Nevertheless, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of other customers by taking a responsible attitude.

During high season the campsite is watched by a security guard at night.

During high season we offer a music or live entertainment (karaoke, live music concert, dance night, magic show, etc.) twice a week, aqua gym sessions three times a week and yoga sessions twice a week.
No, we do not have a kids’ club.

Minors are accepted on the campsite with a written consent by their parents only.

Your friends and family are welcome to our campsite. Every visit taking less than 2 hours is free. Longer visits are accepted with a payment of 6€ per day for every person 10 years or elder and of 4€ per day for every child under 10 years. Due to insurance reasons but as well because we give first priority to our customers already being on the campsite and want to avoid an overcrowded pool area, visitors are not allowed access to the swimming pool. Nevertheless, the campsite direction reserves the right to refuse access to the properties for any reason.

Yes, you can bring your dog on holidays with you. However, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and they cannot be left alone in the mobile home. Accordingly, you are responsible for your dog and must clean up any dog poo and dispose of it. Dogs have to be walked outside the campsite. The price for a pet is 4€ to 8€ per day.
Dogs usually do not have access to the surrounding beaches. If nevertheless you should take your dog to the beach, keep it on a lead and make sure other holidaymakers are not disturbed.

The campsite is well equipped with a heated swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant, a playground, a television room, a playroom, …

Yes, we have a heated swimming pool with children’s pool for the younger ones.

Our heated swimming pool is open throughout the whole season come rain or shine.

Rental information

Mobile homes can be entered between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. In case you arrive earlier you can already use all the facilities on the campsite: swimming pool, bar, restaurant, … However, your vehicle has to be parked outside the campsite until you were given the keys to your mobile home and the corresponding parking spot.

Travelling time in high season can be much longer due to traffic conditions. That is why we can perfectly understand if you arrive later than planned. Please contact us on time by phone or email if you will arrive after reception closure time at 7 p.m. so that we can make all the necessary arrangements for receiving you after 7 p.m. (i.e. after prior agreement until 9:30 p.m. during high season and until 8:30 p.m. during low season). If you arrive later than these late arrival times, you have to wait until the next morning 9 a.m. to check in.

All of our mobile homes are equipped with pillows, blankets and bottom sheets. You need to bring double sheets and pillowcases. However, we sell disposable double sheets for single and double beds. The beds in the mobile homes have a width of 80 cm and 140 cm respectively.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. But you can book a pitch for your tent.

Please contact the reception within 48 hours before your departure in order to make an appointment for an inventory of the mobile home. One of our employees will meet you at your mobile home at the agreed time for the inventory and handing over of the keys.
Once you have returned the mobile home, you are free to use all the facilities on the campsite for the whole day of departure. However, you must park your vehicle outside the campsite during this time.

The cleaning service has to be booked simultaneously with your mobile home reservation on our website. As appropriate and upon availability you may also book a final cleaning while you are staying on the campsite. The price for cleaning service is 85€. Please keep in mind that despite having booked final cleaning, you are still expected to defrost the freezer, wash up the tableware, fold the blankets and remove any trash or garbage.

Our mobile homes are not equipped with television and we do not offer televisions for rent. If you wish to have television in your mobile home you are free to bring your own television (with a portable antenna as there are no TV cable sockets in the mobile homes). We also have a television room on our campsite.

We offer baby kits for rent for 5€ per day. The kit includes a high chair, a baby cot, a bathtub and a potty. You can rent it simultaneously with your reservation on our website or, upon availability, at the reception on the campsite.

Camping information

You can access your pitch between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. In case you arrive earlier you can already use all the facilities on the campsite: swimming pool, bar, restaurant, … However, your vehicle has to be parked outside the campsite until you were given a parking spot.

Travelling time in high season can be much longer due to traffic conditions. That is why we can perfectly understand if you arrive later than planned. Please contact us on time by phone or email if you will arrive after reception closure time at 7 p.m. so that we can make all the necessary arrangements for receiving you after 7 p.m. (i.e. after prior agreement until 9:30 p.m. during high season and until 8:30 p.m. during low season). If you arrive later than these late arrival times, you have to wait until the next morning 9 a.m. to check in.

Pitch size is the same for both packages but the services included differ. The Comfort Package also includes water supply, electricity and drainage. During high season the Comfort Package requires a minimum stay of one week. You can include electricity to the Tent/Caravan Package for a supplement of 6€ per day.

The majority of the Walker, Caravan/Camping Van and Tent Packages are on reservation basis that is why we cannot guarantee free pitches on your arrival. But as far as departures take place every day, pitches, too, will be available every morning.
If this system suits you, we advise you to come to the reception at opening time (9 a.m.).

During low season we do accept ACSI camping cards on our campsite. Please consult your ACSI guide for the exact dates. The price is 20€ per night for 2 people including electricity and dog where appropriate. Since reservations with ACSI card are not possible please come to the reception at opening time (9 a.m.). There is no difference between ACSI pitches and pitches available on reservation.

Depending on the pitch you can either park your vehicle on or close to your pitch area.

Only Comfort Package pitches are equipped with a direct water supply. However, water supplies are available throughout the campsite.

The average pitch size is 80m².

Once you have vacated your pitch, you are free to use all the facilities on the campsite for the whole day of departure. However, you must park your vehicle outside the campsite during this time.
On your day of departure you must have vacated your pitch by 12 p.m.

Booking information

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before holiday start day. You can pay by:
– credit or bank card via the customer area on our website. Please indicate the reservation number you were given when you requested your booking.

A reservation request is for personal use only and cannot be transferred to a third party without our prior consent.

The reservation is final after our approval and after receipt of the advance payment in the amount of 40 % of the total accommodation price plus 25€ booking fees. Upon receipt of your advance payment, we will send you a reservation confirmation which you will have to present to the reception on your arrival day. The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 30 days before holiday start on the campsite. If reservation is made less than 30 days before holiday start, the entire rental price must be paid upon reservation.

Please remember that you have to pay a deposit of 250€ on your arrival. If the mobile home is left in a perfectly clean and tidy condition for the next clients the deposit will be entirely refunded on your departure or, if you leave the campsite out of reception hours, in the following month.

The client is requested to leave the rented accommodation in an excellent condition regarding cleanliness and hygiene. If not, a charge for final cleaning in the amount of 85€ will be retained. Any lost, destroyed or damaged item will be charged to the client. Furthermore, you must provide proof of a liability insurance.

Any camper/renter must adhere to our campsite rules (available on demand). Any person staying at the campsite must be named on the reservation. We reserve the right to deny access to any person not listed on the reservation.

Our weekly rentals run from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. and from Sunday 3 p.m. to Sunday 10 a.m. On your arrival, please present your reservation contract to the reception between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. We will then accompany you to your rental accommodation where we will make an inventory which must be signed by you upon arrival.

Should you arrive later than 7 p.m., please inform the reception by phone (+ 33 (0)4 94 64 03 24). Any unannounced arrival later than 24 hours after reservation time will systematically result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeit of the advance payment. A stay that has commenced must be paid in full. No reduction will be allowed for late arrival or early departure. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days in advance to your arrival, only 60 % of the advance payment will be refunded (the remaining 40 % are retained for incurred expenses).

We do not provide cancellation insurances but you are free to choose one of the insurers mentioned below or any other one https://www.allianz-voyage.fr or https://www.europ-assistance.fr.

Beginning November you can make reservations for the next season on our website and you can join us by email. Beginning January you can also join us by phone from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
